Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; The\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Production<\/strong>\u00a0Menu option will be visible in the main Menu List.\u00a0 More details about the production section can be found here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the\u00a0<strong>Production Management Functionality,<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will remove the &#8216;Production&#8217; from the Main Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery\u00a0Challan<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; A\u00a0<b>delivery challan<\/b>\u00a0is a document created during the transportation of goods from one place to another which may or may not result in sales. This is sent along with the shipped goods. It contains the details of the items shipped, the quantity of those goods, buyer and delivery<b><\/b>\u00a0address. Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; The Delivery\u00a0Challan<\/strong>\u00a0Menu option will be visible in the main Menu List.\u00a0 More details about the delivery challan section can be found here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the <strong>Delivery\u00a0Challan<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Functionality,<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will remove the &#8216;Delivery Challan&#8217; from the document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Debit Notes<\/strong> &#8211; A\u00a0<b>debit note<\/b>\u00a0is a document used by a vendor to inform the buyer of current debt obligations, or a document created by a buyer when returning goods received on credit. The\u00a0debit note can provide information regarding an upcoming invoice, or may serve as a reminder for funds currently due. Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; Debit Notes<\/strong>\u00a0Menu option will be visible in the Menu List under sales and supplies section. More details about the <strong>Debit Notes<\/strong> section can be found here for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bharatbills.com\/uguide\/user-guide\/how-to-add-supplier-debit-note-in-bharatbills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supplier<\/a><\/strong> and for a <strong>Customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the <strong>Debit Notes<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Functionality,<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will remove the &#8216;<strong>Debit Note<\/strong>&#8216; from the Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Credit Notes<\/strong> &#8211; A\u00a0<b>credit note<\/b>\u00a0is a letter sent by the supplier to the\u00a0<b>customer<\/b>\u00a0notifying the\u00a0<b>customer\u00a0<\/b>that he or she has been credited a certain amount due to an error in the original invoice or other reasons. A\u00a0<b>credit note<\/b>\u00a0is also known as a\u00a0<b>credit memo<\/b>, which is short for &#8220;<b>credit<\/b>\u00a0memorandum.&#8221; Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; Credit Notes<\/strong>\u00a0Menu option will be visible in the Menu List under sales and supplies section. More details about the <strong>Credit Notes\u00a0<\/strong>section can be found here for <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bharatbills.in\/user-guide\/how-to-add-supplier-credit-note-in-bharatbills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supplier<\/a><\/strong> and for a <strong>Customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the <strong>Credit Notes<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Functionality,<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will remove the &#8216;<strong>Credit Note<\/strong>&#8216; from the Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salesman<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; A\u00a0<b>Salesman<\/b> is a man whose job involves selling or promoting commercial products, either in a shop or visiting locations to get orders. A\u00a0<b>sales commission<\/b>\u00a0is additional compensation the employee receives for exceeding expectations. Employers pay employees a\u00a0<b>sales commission<\/b>\u00a0to incentivize the employees to produce more\u00a0<b>sales<\/b>\u00a0and to reward and recognize people who perform most productively. Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; The <b>Salesman<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Menu option will be visible in the main Menu List.\u00a0 More details about the Salesman section can be found here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the <b>Salesman<\/b><strong>\u00a0Functionality,<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will remove the &#8216;Salesman&#8217; from the Main Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shortcuts<\/strong> &#8211; If a user wants to work with shortcuts in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bharatbills.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BharatBills<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>then this option needs to be enabled. Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Click on this option if you want to use shortcut keys<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the <strong>shortcut keys\u00a0Functionality,<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will not work with shortcut key in\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bharatbills.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BharatBills.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto Daily SMS<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bharatbills.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BharatBills<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>use to send a notification SMS to its users\u00a0on daily bases to inform him about his daily number of sales and purchase. If you want notification this option needs to be enabled. Following statuses\u00a0are possible:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enable<\/strong> <strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Click on this option if you want to use that feature of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bharatbills.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BharatBills.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0If the\u00a0user doesn&#8217;t need the <strong>notification.<\/strong>\u00a0Disabling this option will send you Daily SMS<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bharatbills.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recurring Invoice<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; A\u00a0<b>recurring invoice<\/b>\u00a0is a type of\u00a0<b>invoicing<\/b>\u00a0in which a supplier or merchant automatically charges a customer for goods or services at regular intervals. The charges will continue until an agreed-upon termination date or when the customer withdraws permission.
