How to Check GST Reports in BharatBills

GST Return– Filing GST return under the GST regime is crucial as non-compliance and delay will result in penalties and affect your compliance rating and timely refunds. All registered businesses have to file monthly, quarterly and/or annual GST Returns based on the type of business.

In simple words we can say-

A GST return report is a document containing details of income/ expense/ purchase which a taxpayer is required to file with the tax administrative authorities. This is used by tax authorities to calculate tax liability.

Under GST, a registered dealer has to file GST returns that include:

  • Sale
  • Purchases
  • Output GST (On sales)
  • Input tax credit (GST paid on purchases)

Steps to find GSTR-1 / GSTR-2 / GST 3B and Tax rates report

  • Click on Reports -> GST Returns -> GSTR-1 or Appropriate option

    GST Report
  • Select The duration and click on Submit
  • GSTR-1 Show you the complete sale in that particular duration
    • Report have multiple tab like
      • B2B- Business to Business sale(Registered Customer)
      • B2CL- Business to Consumer large
      • B2CS- Business to consumer Small
      • CDNR- Credit/Debit Note Report (Registered)
      • CDNUR- Credit/Debit Note Report (Un-Registered)
      • HSN- HSN code wise report
  • GSTR- 2 Show you the B2B purchase
  • GST 3B/Summary- It will show you the complete in and out overview of Tax and show you the difference. it also include expense and RCM invoices.
  • Tax Rates Reports- It show you the amount of tax input under GST Slab wise.
